When your pet leaves the clinic in the morning the records will be faxed to your regular veterinarian immediately. Frequently your pet will need follow up care. We request that you see your regular veterinarian the next morning or as directed by the emergency doctor when these situations arise.

After the doctor examines your pet, an estimate will be provided that will show all anticipated costs for the care of your pet. If your pet needs to stay at the clinic we will require a deposit of ½ of the low end of the estimate. When you pick up your pet you will need to pay the balance. Payment plans are available through Care Credit (www.carecredit.com) and Citi Health (www.citicards.com), click on the links to access their sites for information and application. You will need to pay in full after services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
